Salon Policies and Etiquette
+ CANCELLATION POLICY: To give value to our stylists time, we ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice for all cancellations. Guests who need to cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to a $25 fee in order to reschedule. Habitual cancellations without sufficient notice may result in being required to prepay for a portion or all of future services to be rendered. We understand that personal emergencies do happen. In the event of such a case, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may work with you to ensure your needs are met .
+TARDY POLICY: In the event you may be late for an appointment, we ask that you notify us immediately. In most cases, we can accommodate you. However, should you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule part or all of your services.
+POLICY ON CHILDREN: We strive to create a consistent, safe, and relaxing experience for all of our salon guests. To ensure this environment, children of any age MUST be under direct supervision at all times while in the salon. If you must bring children with you to an appointment, we require that a second adult be present to provide this supervision. If you bring children to an appointment without a second adult, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
+RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We happily stand behind all of our products and tools with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any product or tool in it's original condition may be returned within 30 days when accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift card sales are final, and exempt from the return policy.
+MASSAGE ETIQUETTE: For all massage appointments, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure there is enough time to fill out all paperwork and change. Massage IS NOT RECOMMENDED if you are ill or in your first trimester of pregnancy. The massage therapist will consult with you to address any health concerns prior to your appointment.
